Ryan is a founding partner of A&G and a third-generation construction manager. His training started at the young age of eight, essentially as soon as he was strong enough to swing a hammer on his family farm or the many homes his father and grandfather built. Today, 26 years later, he is happily celebrating his sixth year running A&G with the addition of his 30th team member to the organization. The past five years have seen exponential growth in the company’s high-end projects currently being executed throughout California and surrounding states. Ryan founded A&G with Dan Green in the interest of focusing heavily on improving the construction and development industries processes. This has been accomplished by personally developing new technology and training programs together for the organization to use and run efficiently and effectively every day.
In Ryan’s 16 years of experience he has obtained a vast range of knowledge, allowing him to perfect execution strategies on the most technical projects both as a General Contractor and Owner’s Representative. His attention to detail, stalwart leadership and collaborative spirit are combined with experience to make him an asset in business, personnel and project management.
As a member of the Southern California Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art, Ryan co-founded and served on the board of the Southern California Neo Classicists. He enthusiastically supports The Leaders of Design Council, Los Angeles Conservancy, Habitat for Humanity, Epilepsy Foundation, Dogs without Borders and the Los Angeles Mission.
